The Manager
Michelle Wood is the Nursery Manager of Dingwall Childrens Nursery. Her aim is to ensure that you and your child are made to feel welcomed and valued.
Michelle started her career in the childcare sector 14 years ago as a nursery Assistant. From there she worked through the various levels in the nursery and finally, four years ago, achieved the level of Manager. As Manager Michelle was responsible for two nurseries, within the same company, providing care for 80 children and managing twelve staff.
Michelle’s previous HMI and Care commission inspections have always been excellent. Now with a dedicated, highly motivated, professional and experienced staff team that has been chosen with care, and because they have a genuine love for children, she is sure that this will continue within Dingwall Childrens Nursery.
Michelle has seen the childcare sector change and develop over the years and has a wealth of knowledge and experience in child development. Presently she is continuing to develop her knowledge further by undertaking the Level 4 qualification in Childcare and Education with Management.
